Goldie #59 is a sweet Golden that arrived from a puppy mill. This 6-year-old is shy around people and needs to go to a home with a mentor dog to learn the ropes of normal household living. She is starting to get comfortable with her caregivers and will solicit gentle petting. Goldie loves other dogs and is playful, but she shreds stuffed toys. She’s still skittish on leash, and we’re continuing to work on that.
