Transport Team Questionnaire

Our Transport Team volunteers play a vital role in our mission. To expedite the process when we need transport help, please complete this questionnaire so that we can update our records.

If you live farther from DVGRR, are you willing to come in for a short-distance transport?(Required)
Many of the breeder pickups are within an hour of DVGRR, so we generally call on those volunteers; however, sometimes none of them is available.
Available for long trips (e.g., 2-4 hours each way) from DVGRR?(Required)
Available for all-day trips (e.g. possibly 12-16 hrs.)?(Required)
We always send 2 volunteers on trips that are longer than 3 hours each way.
OK driving our large Sprinter van?(Required)
