Let’s Raise the WOOF!
Make some noise. Save the dogs!

We are once again participating in the ExtraGive event – a 24-hour online philanthropy event sponsored by the Lancaster County Community Foundation (LCCF). Year in and year out, this event has made an incredible difference for the dogs that enter our program in need of another chance. It has become our premier fundraiser.

You can help us make some noise and “Raise the WOOF” with an online donation ($10.00 minimum) between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20th. Plus every dollar donated helps us earn more of the stretch pool that is typically $500,000 or more. Every unique donor* counts toward our percentage of the stretch pool. Plus you can opt to cover transaction fees, so all of your intended donation goes to the DVGRR dogs. (If you need help processing your donation that day, please reach out to Karen [717-484-4799 or Karen@dvgrr.org])

Social Media Boost

We’re asking every social media follower of the DVGRR family who has never made a donation to make a $20.00 gift during the ExtraGive for the dogs who are waiting for their second chances.

Now, $20.00 may seem small, but when our community comes together, it becomes food for hungry pups, lifesaving medical care, warm beds, and the promise of a brighter future.

Last year, we recorded 772 unique donations for a whopping total of $166,020 (excluding prizes and our portion of the stretch pool).

So we want to make some noise and “Raise the WOOF” and do even better for the DVGRR dogs this year!

If you would like to make an offline gift toward the ExtraGive (e.g., personal check, DAF grant, IRA qualified charitable distribution, etc.), please contact us.

Every donation helps us make more noise to “Raise the WOOF”!

One Gift. One Community. Countless Wagging Tails.
