Thank you for submitting your Adoption Application with DVGRR! Please remit the $35.00 non-refundable processing fee. Your application cannot be processed without payment of the fee. (Please do not pay this fee until you have submitted your Adoption Application.)
Also, if your yard is fenced, please provide approximately five pictures (can be taken from a cell phone camera) concentrating on:
- Where your fence joins your house
- Gate areas
- Where the fence meets the ground or any gaps
- The front of the house with house number visible, if possible
- Any other areas that may be of benefit
Email the photos to Gateway@dvgrr.org and we ask that you include the name that your application is under in the email to avoid confusion.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge receipt of your application form. If you do not receive this notification within five days, please let us know by writing to adoption@dvgrr.org.
We will review your adoption application and contact you within 2-3 weeks. Please monitor your email regularly to be sure you see any additional communication we may send.
Completion and processing fee payment do not guarantee adoption of a dog from DVGRR.
*** With increasing costs for everything from veterinary care and pharmaceuticals to utilities and dog food, our adoptions fees typically do not cover the cost of care we provide to every dog in our program.
