Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue!
DVGRR is a volunteer non-profit group that rescues displaced Golden Retrievers and places them for adoption. Although we operate in much the same way as your local SPCA, we take in only purebred Golden Retrievers. We operate in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey and have successfully placed over 2300 Golden Retrievers into new homes since 1993.
Donors : Please be prudent when donating on line. Donations to DVGRR should be given to DVGRR ONLY, through our website or direct mail. We do not authorize other sites to solicit donations for DVGRR.
Your general donation helps pay for medical and physical care of Goldens in our care, including: routine exams, microchip, inoculations, and various tests. Donations also provide medications required for treatments such as, antibiotics, parasites, pain medications. The fund also helps purchase food and pay Golden Gateway’s operating expenses. NEXT MEET AND GREET THE GOLDENS DAY – COMING UP!
Our next Meet and Greet the Goldens Day is right around the corner – it’s scheduled for Saturday, February 13, from 10:00 to 12:00 at our beautiful Golden Gateway facility. This is your chance to meet our available Goldens in person – they are anxious to meet you too! You can also tour our facility, talk to our staff and volunteers, and even shop in our fabulous retail store.

New for 2010...Basket Bingo!
Sunday March 21st, 2010 at the Reinholds Fire Company, just a short drive from Golden Gateway. This exciting new fundraiser will feature new Longaberger Baskets as prizes. There will also be a raffle with prizes such as filled theme Longaberger baskets, retired favorites and dog-lover's collectables.
Proceeds from this event will be used to purchase a kennel
sanitation system for Golden Gateway.
